Kirin Khatra
Kirins love of property began as a child, flicking through the beautiful pictures in property magazines.
It was this passion that led her to become not only a licensed conveyancer but a motivational speaker for women in the business world.
Her career in conveyancing began straight out of school when she threw herself into the legal arena of property. She soon achieved a Conveyancing Qualification, a diploma in legal services and became a licensed conveyancer.
It didn’t take long for Kirin to form ideas of her own about running a successful conveyancing firm. She wanted to create something built on trust, communication and long-lasting relationships.
This idea pushed Kirin to step out on her own as an entrepreneur. Today, her conveyancing firm Kilara and Associates embodies the values that first inspired the business.
Kirin was a guest speaker at the Deli International Women’s Day forum in 2019, where she spoke about women’s empowerment. She was listed as one of 2020’s top 10 women to watch in the national women’s magazine Ymag and has been a finalist in her local business awards for the past 3 years. Kirin was also asked to speak at the 2020 International Women’s Day in Penrith.
As her success grows by the year, Kirin’s voice inspires other women to find this success in themselves. No doubt, these achievements are just the beginning of a long and inspirational career ahead.
